📦 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchange is only valid for size issues or defective/damaged items.
- Customers can exchange the product for another size or any available item of equal value.
❌ Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted in case of wrong item delivered or damaged product.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proof (images/video).
- No return/refund will be processed for change of mind.
🚚 Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp/Email with your order number.
- Share images if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange/return process.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days after receiving the item.
